In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My very first musical memory was watching The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan show in February 1964, but the biggest impact was seeing Elvis' comeback TV special in 1968. I was hooked. From that moment on, I HAD to learn to play guitar and sing.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bruce Springsteen, The Rising Limited Edition Paul Simon, There Goes Rhymin' Simon The Beatles, Abbey Road (Remastered) My favorite album was The Beatles Abbey Road. Absolute perfection. There Goes Rhymin' Simon, I learned to play acoustic guitar listening to that record, as well as Jim Croce albums. The Rising was lyrically and musically powerful after 9/11.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Goodbye” During covid, watching people unable to be with their loved ones in their final moments of life was the inspiration to write this song. It has hit home many that were directly impacted all over the world and still provides comfort today.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Playing at the Detroit Thunderfest Hydroplane races a couple of years in a row was fun, but playing in front of thousands of people at the Detroit Fireworks was the best!!!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have been in a cover band most of my life, so I'm putting a solo show together to play my original music at smaller venues in a concert setting. I am really excited to finally do this!
