About Loikaemie
An anti-racist skinhead Oi! band from Plauen, Germany, Loikaemie formed in 1994, and began releasing EPs almost immediately. Their initial release, a 1995 demo EP, was quickly followed by an album release, Ihr für Uns und Wir Für Euch in 1996. The band went on to release a few more EPs from 1997 until 1998 before finally surfacing on the full-length radar again with 2000's Wir Sind die Skins. 2005 saw the band release the CD-DVD 10 Jahre Power from the Eastside. Members Thomas (vocals/guitar), Eddie (bass), and Paul (drums) released a self-titled album in 2007, while continuing to dispel the myth that all skinheads are racist thugs. ~ Chris True
