In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember the days of sitting in the studio in high school writing and jamming standards and old funk classics. It was these early moments of pure joy, laughs and passion that really pushed me in the direction of pursuing music as a career!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Dan Kye, Small Moments INCOGNITO, Jazz Funk Jamiroquai, High Times: Singles 1992-2006 Deluxe Version My perfect blend of Funk, Dance, Latin, Jazz and House. Funk music was is where my passion stems from. Its ability and versatility through out multiple genres has always creatively inspired me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment in my career so far has definitely been moving to Edinburgh to live. The amount of amazing musicians and people I have been able to work and collaborate with in numerous projects has been overwhelming.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To release a full album of original music that involves a diverse collection of musicians from all backgrounds and integrating this into my sound of funky house music. My dream would be to tour this music around the world with a band!
