Lirico is the stage name of David Gilaberte Miguel, a Spanish MC born in Zaragoza in 1976. In the early '90s, he started as a part of Gangsta Squad, where he was known as Gila. After recording the demo ...It's Just a Warning with that group, he formed Violadores del Verso with Kase-O, Hate, and DJ R de Rumba in 1998. After a decade of intense activity, the group announced an indefinite hiatus during which its members would release solo albums but continue to work together.
