Nino Paid draws from a turbulent upbringing to relate grim autobiographical narratives and signs of hope with a deadpan flow full of subtle inflections. The DMV-area rapper released his first track at the age of 17, but it wasn't until a few years later that he dedicated himself to music, reintroducing himself in 2023 with the plainspoken "Been Thru." Quickly signed by the Columbia-distributed Signal Records, Nino has progressed with Can't Go Bacc and Love Me as I Am, ruminative albums issued respectively in 2024 and 2025.
