Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember listening to Bob Dylan's "Don't Think Twice, It's All Right" on vinyl with my mom, long before I spoke any English, and really loving the way he dragged out the "...whyyyy babe." That's how he hooked me, anyway.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on AppleĀ Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bruce Springsteen, Nebraska Patsy Cline, The Patsy Cline Story Tom Petty, Full Moon Fever If you put those three records side by side on the shelf for long enough, they will lay an egg from which my new LP, Never Let Me Go, might hatch. Until then: real classics by true idols, perfect driving music for any number of kilometers.

Jokes aside, I'm proud of "Heartland" because I wrote it as a love song about a road-tripping romance, but it works just as as well as an ode to hitting the road with my band.
