Debuting aged 15 in 2012 as a member of South Korean girl group 15&, Yerin Baek made a splash with her airy yet velvety vocals. In 2015, she released solo debut Frank, a stunning selection of chill tracks demonstrating her penchant for K-R&B—then formed indie rock band The Volunteers and embarked on various collaborations. In 2019, she created indie label Blue Vinyl and become the first Korean artist to top local charts with an English-language song, “Square”. With a relaxing yet unconventional sound and an entrepreneurial spirit, the singer continues to blaze her own path.
