Alex Ubago emerged at the dawn of the new millennium and at the forefront of a young generation of singer-songwriters who ensured that the future of Spanish pop-rock would be in safe hands. His gift for crafting soul-stirring anthems from small, tangible moments fuelled his hit debut LP ¿Qué Pides Tú?, a set of swooning guitar ballads and synth numbers that touched hearts on both sides of the Atlantic.
