Artist Biography
Bo Burnham began performing comedy in high school and postponed college at New York University so he could take his stand-up show on the road.
∙ He initially deleted the video for his 2006 viral hit “My Whole Family…,” which has accumulated more than 10 million views, because his mother disapproved of the lyrics.
∙ At age 18, Burnham became the youngest person ever to score a half-hour special on Comedy Central Presents.
∙ His albums have topped Billboard’s Comedy Albums and Heatseekers Albums charts.
∙ Eighth Grade, his critically acclaimed 2018 directorial debut, was inspired in part by the anxiety attacks he experiences while onstage.
∙ His acting credits include The Big Sick and Parks and Recreation, as well as Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous, which he cowrote.
