My Stupid Ego

I guess I went a little crazy, didn't care if they would hate me At least I didn't take their shit I was looking for validation, in each and every confrontation At least they'd know that I exist How did I become the angry one? My stupid ego is saying I'm not good enough And that I never really was It's Impossible, and it's illogical There's no one else that I could be But my stupid ego won't let me be me If I seemed a little stronger, and held on a little longer At least they wouldn't see me bleed I know that I gave into anger, and it never was the answer It's like I couldn't even breathe How did I become the angry one?
