A string of disappearances have left police in the West Yorkshire area baffled as new evidence now connects previously unrelated incidents.

Cases are now being treated as suspicious after the discovering of a strange symbol near the scene of each crime. Previously thought to be unconnected, police are now considering the situation as potential abductions.

A spokesperson for the West Yorkshire police department has made a public appeal, urging anyone that may have evidence to step forward.

Police have been able to connect at least 17 separate cases over the past 3 months, a strange symbol was found at the latest crime scene prompting further tests at previous locations that up to this point had no links to one another. the public are urged to stay vigilant, as of yet there seems to be no clear pattern between any of the victims, no body is safe, anyone could be a target.

People have been seeing this strange symbol which has been left at the scene of the abductions in various locations around the world, with sightings from America to Germany having been reported.

Police are liaising with global crime investigation units to try and connect potential disappearances and cold cases. Theories circulating are that of an organised group or a cult, potentially a sect of neo religious activists trying to spread their message. Until someone comes forward to claim ownership of these happenings, we are currently in the dark.
