Last night I went to sleep beneath
The moon and all the stars
When I woke up from my dreams
It was raining really hard
The sky was falling down around me
Right upon my feet
And the beauty of that sound
Made this life seem more complete
Sunshine sometime needs the rain
And happiness the pain

To make the bad things go away
You and I need conflict
To appreciate the peace
I feel inside my heart
Knowing you are here with me
How can we know joy
