Been putting in work been working that dirt been running that tractor round

Been praying in rain been cuttin new lanes sun up till sun goes down

Been hangin new sets been placing my bets ole droptine is still around

Now hunting season it’s the reason it’s coming on back around

We gonna hunt em up those big ole bucks we gonna yelp and Cutt and make em strut

We gonna dig our feet down in the mud and knock us down a sure enough limit of ducks

Now I got my bow ready to rock and roll yea it’s tuned up and sitting on go

I’ve got my grandads gun all shined up son and ready to throw some smoke
