Fish Food

You'd almost think That the house was haunted Or that I wanted A little flavor or drama Trust me I woke up Something had been rotting Belly turning, twisting, and knotting Something unusual That hadn't been there The night before But the first thing we smelled in the morning, was Fish food Or maybe, cat food Or maybe, a dead raccoon Or maybe, something smelly in the walls And maybe the mold grew tall from the basement To the attic My god, we're so dramatic Covering our noses And dumping out all the flower water We cut off the end of the rug Oh, but then still we had no luck Oh, then somehow it Disappeared And then it didn't smell like Fish food Or maybe, cat food Or maybe, a dead raccoon Or maybe, something smelly in the walls And maybe the mold grew tall from the basement To the attic Oh, we cut off the end of the rug Oh, then still we had no luck Somehow it disappeared Oh it, disappeared
