Letra
I walked into Trader Joe's
decked out in jean from head to toe
and a worker came down the aisle
he said "canadian tuxedo,
"haven't seen one in a while"
I gave him a smile
said "I'm bringing back the style"
suddenly I felt like an insincere little child
randomly recalled I had a question to ask
but it started to feel like too big of a task
my laces came undone
as I stepped through the exit
although I saved my head
I scraped my knees, and they bled
I've got a long way to go
before I'm home free
they tried to clean me up with a mop
as if I were shit out by a dog
or an empathetic doctor
who went crazy by default
I've got a long way to go
before I'm home free
walked out of Trader Joe's
hanging my head down very low
didn't know what to do next
so I walked down the sidewalk
and crossed where the roads intersect
I don't know where to go anymore
I lost my cool at the grocery store
now I don't know where I'm at
canadian tuxedo
want to throw it in the trash
it stuck to my hand
as I tried to let go
I don't quite know what I want
but I know that I'm close
I've got a little more ways to go
before I'm home free
I put the jacket back on
and continue my song
still don't know just how far
but it won't be too long
I've got a little more ways to go
before I'm home free
I've got a little ways more to go
a little ways more to go
I've got a little bit more
just a little bit more
a little bit more
just a little bit more
I've got a little bit more
just a little bit more
a little bit more
just a little bit more
I've got a little bit more
just a little bit more
a little bit more
just a little bit more
