Cunctis diebus quibus nunc milito, exspecto

donec veniat immutatio mea.

Dimitte me ergo, ut plangam paululum dolorem meum;

antequam vadam, ut non revertar, ad terram miseriae,

ubi est nullus ordo, sed sempiternus horror inhabitat.

Job 14: 14; 10: 20-22

Translation:

For as long as I am in strife, I will wait

for my release to come.

Suffer me, therefore, that I may lament my sorrow a little;

before I go, and return no more, to a land of misery,

where there is no order, but everlasting horror dwells.
