Through the void where the stars don't blink

Metal wings tear the endless ink

Whispers hum in the coldest dark

Carving trails from a dying spark

Carbon angel with a heart of stone

Drifting out where no light is shown

Hopeless dreams still quietly ignite

Burning on in eternal night

Tales of Earth are a broken hymn

Fading far at the border's rim

Echoes gray where the silence grew

Past the planets no one ever knew

Carbon angel who forgot to cry

Steers through doom where the shadows lie

Hope feels faint but its ember clings

Lost in space yet the soul still sings

Silver fractures on the cosmic sea

Maps unwritten of what could be

Satellites fall like tears in space
