School's Out

The bell rings, we all hit the parking lot Schools done for the week and we're all ready to rock Tommy's got his Jeep fired up, I'm spinning the wheels in my pick up truck Gonna get on down cause schools done for the week Weekends here and it's Friday night Got me a date, she's lookin outta site We're all pumped up to head down to Matt's Crank up the tunes, man that's where it's at Let's get on down cause, schools done for the week Been working hard all week on those As and Bs Don't want to let them get any lower then a D These weeks sure are getting hard Between school and then working a job to pay for this car We all sure could use the relief From our parents giving us grief Let's get on down cause schools done for the week Can't wait for this summer to roll around We'll load up our cars and head out of this town Hit the road, head down to the beach Jump and grind with the sand underneath our feet Gettin on down cause schools out for the year I said schools out, schools out, yeah schools out for the year Been fun raising my hand in your class Now eat my dust and kiss my Gonna raise some hell now, schools out for the year Schools back in session baby, the party is over Yeah schools back in session honey, the party is over Been a fun, long, hot summer But next weeks really gonna be a bummer
