Streets light up slowly into the night
Waves roll in lightly onto its sides
Stars cast; sparkles upon its face
In my bones flows an even pace
My mind wanders drifts into sleep
Falling I follow - no meds in me
Sorting thru visions inside insane
Awaken my body- I have no pain

With light feet I stood on top of rain
It pumped in and thru my veins
I saw it mouth today's the day
I reached for it and it went away

But it could be lifted- off from me
