Crashing Down

I keep trying on different costumes 'til I get it right

I keep trying to function but I'm losing my mind

And I keep finding new words that I can't read

Keep climbing but I always seem to fall from grace

They say "it's all in the timing" but I can't win the race

Every day a new quota that I can't meet

I tried dyeing my hair, but now it's damaged

I tried getting new friends, but we don't hang out anymore

Anything more, I swear I will overflow

Like the world is against me, and I can't take the blow
