Bargaining

Just to catch up to ourselves We just settle into our body We actually just allow the energy be what it is So just notice what emotions are arising A bit of anxiety, we'll just notice it I guess for me the bargaining Almost like clouds, kind of like hovering along Felt like a war Other emotions, if there's anger Sadness, it all belongs (A promise was a promise) (And I couldn't turn it off) Familiar spaces of holding (This was when I found out) (I could never win) (Wrestling with God) You just notice being in the body Grounded to the earth And then just settle into the breath Almost like the breath is cradling us Almost like the breath is cradling us
