There was a stone ring

Encompassing my home

And a gull's wing

Engraved into the dome

And when the hordes retreated

And left me on my own

Then I'd resume my focus

On nature

There came a grey fox

Who climbed up on my knee

They all belong to me

And rustle in the wind

And the warm clay

Unfolds and lets me in

In who I might have been
