Yeah from the time well I was just a kid

Daddy always scolded me for the stupid things I did

And at the time I didn't understand

But makes since to me now that I am a man

Just like the time I lit a fire under grandmas bed

And after he got done whipping my ass

And on the dirt road dust and gravel in the air

Daddy caught wind took my keys

About the crowd I was hanging round

I came home stoned and feeling fine
