I wish I could start a conversation

Get in situations

Where I'm comfortable enough to tell you what I'm thinking

Or how I'm really feeling

But I'm so insecure

I wish i could go out to a party

Be like everybody

Let loose and let the music take over my body

Talk with those around me

But I'm so insecure

Go easy on me I've just learned how to fly

I've been falling and fighting

Growing and hiding

But I'm still finding my way

I wish I could call him up and tell him

That, "I'm free next weekend. Make yourself available and sink into the rhythms

Tell me how you're feeling" but I'm so insecure

"Come and put your hands around my waist

You can swing by my place. Really wanna feel you I've been

thinking bout you all day" these things I wish I could say

But I'm so insecure
