I could talk all day about the mess we in

Healthcare's broke, but they play pretend

Red tape tight, profits first

They count the dollars while we get worse

The left and right have too much pride

They fight each other while the sick still die

I tried to explain, but they just focused on greed

And they only hear what they want from me

Out like a light, FDA, CDC, NIH

They shut it all down, so now they weaponize fate

Medicaid slashed, they say tighten your belt

While they sign off deals that just served themselves

That healing should come before dough

But the billionaires in power don't feel that pain

They cash their checks while we scrape for change

This ain't about left or right, it's life or death

But they stuck in a loop, out of touch at best
