I stare at a blank page

I want to write about you, but I can't

I'm there at that stage

Where it's right for me to leave, but I shan't

But I shouldn't be protecting you. That was wrong of me to guess

The only one I've hurt here is me

Thinking of a life together when you're in my sight

But I set you up with someone who maybe isn't right
