I've been putting off writing this song about procrastinating I've been running in circles like a chicken with my head cut off I've been telling all the neighbors that I'm gonna get it done But I'm not one, to say no to fun Procrastination No motivation Procrastination Will I ever get it done? Oh no I've been putting off paying the bills and taking out the garbage I've been drinking booze like it's going out of style I've been starting fights with all my friends, who I've loved and lost and then loved again But they knew, I was just running wild Procrastination No motivation Procrastination Will I ever get it done? Oh no Wasted all this time Will I make it there? Should I go Or will I die trying? I've been putting off writing this song about procrastinating I've been lying to myself about what I've done I've been talking with my therapist about all the things that should come next And she says, my life has just begun Procrastination No motivation Procrastination I think I'm gonna get it done, hell yes I will
