This time lesson learned not to be forgotten
Heaven sent me a rose which I unfortunately lost and
Earth is calling, but I'm deep in thought not really reading my books and
Now we go for one final lap 'round the closest star
And so
I gather up myself to go to
La la land
Dreaming believing in

Just wandering off to my
La la land
Just losing myself over there
The pictures are spinning around
The curtains are falling down
Right 'fore my mind
It really is something beautiful
Or am I just being delusional

There it is the trumpet on the wall
Has taken my attention, oh it all
Boots on, so I'm ready
My fascination froze me steady
Bent over, tied them hard
Something snapped, but I went on
Feels like, I'm bewildered
Everywhere, not really together
And so...
I gather up myself to go to
La la land
Dreaming believing in
La la land
