Back in these days

When you were in love

You saw her the first time In the year of ninety-five, ninety-six

You even stick posters on the door of your room with her image

Evenings, you took out a video cassette

Put it in the player and pressed play

And here she is … ummm on the TV screen

As it seemed to you, she looks only at you

You watched with rapture

How she plays her role

And at the same moment fell more and more in love with her

Crushed with her lips, eyes, gorgeous hands

You were overwhelmed with illusions

And you decided to write a letter

A white envelope

A couple of post stamps

A blank sheet of paper and a pen

That's all you need in the moment

The letter wasn’t written on the first try

You wrote... Re-read…. Crushing the previous sample of your text

Tore it, throw out and created another copy with new marks

The final text was neatly put on paper

You believed that it brought you closer to her

You’ve read it again, sealed, attached stamps

And to be really sure you put caps lock letters on it
