Went for a walk to find some air to breathe

'Cause all of my thoughts were catching up to me

What am I and everything I'll never be

Is everyone else tending greener grass?

But that's when I found something on my path

Little bloom rising through the concrete

Yeah, she's kinda like me and she's got me thinking

Daisies never get caught up in daydreams

Picking petals and wondering why they're not red as a rose

Or tall as a lily, hoping they'll grow so maybe

When I'm wishing I could change me

I'll look to the flowers and stop spending hours

Asking the questions I'd never ask a daisy

Do you ever wish for more sunny days?

And wonder what's your purpose, why can't you be picture perfect
