Deep down i know my insides hate me

Been trying to tear me a part since a few months from '18

Started out just sick in the stomach

Then its a hospital bed with something like a disease

Thats when they told me i'd need medication

Cause part of my body is slowly decaying

Not much you can do boy to save it

Im all in my head, this scenes just out of my control

Ive got blurry vision, seeing like im the only one

You're taking my blood but not taking this away

So what am i supposed to do here in the waiting

Its been a couple of years now in the wake

And not much has changed but lately ive been thinking more about my end days

It would be ironic if all the pills they're giving me were the very thing thats killing me

They say its chronic, but what the hell does that mean for me?
