No Longer Afraid

[Hook] I used to be afraid of death, now I embrace and rest, Passing all my tests, I know I’m truly blessed. Though He slays me, yet will I follow, trust and believe, If I abide in Him, then He’s abiding in me.

[Verse 1] No need to stress, no need to second guess, I can hear that still small voice, “This is only a test.” So I’m shouting, putting on my Armor of Praise, Getting suited for this battle, we’re going to war today. With the Devil and his angels, “Lucifer, I know you got more,” But your tactics and strategies are old, nothing new to explore. Deception and fear, I’ve figured out your game, Sharpening my weapons, spiritual warfare is my aim.

[Verse 2] For I am MA Shalom, I got the One at my six, He’s got my back, no deceiving me with your tricks. No self-preservation, no fears of lack, I’m not looking back, no more off track. Impatiently trying to reach a Promised Land, But I know who’s leading—He’s the Great “I AM.” With love in my heart and peace in my mind, I’m letting the Holy Spirit lead me like I’m blind.

My spirit will live on forever in God’s embrace, On that day, my Father will say, “Shalom, welcome to your place.” Satan, your spirits of heaviness and depression were just a phase, Meant to keep me spiritually and mentally in a daze. But I arise, giving God all the praise, No longer bound to confusion, in His light I blaze.

[Bridge] No longer a victim, I’m casting all doubt. In this fight where the outcome is “I WON,” For too long I’ve suffered, but now the victory’s begun.
