Last night I slept with the rain

She was hard to please but I had time

In a treetop nest of sticks and vines

These days I'm feeling so plain

Are my feet too wide, are my lips too thin

Is it likely I'll be runing in

Place

I left the window open and

A stranger came

And made my bed

And put the tools back in the shed

But I'll be up and sober soon to
