How far do you think would that have gotten us along?

How time felt to drag on and on and on

But the moment only could belong

in a time, in a blip of existence

How would you feel?

Insignificant. In this existence. In this instance.

I'm sorry, I sought a way out all by myself.

Lord, they tell me to be strong.

Is that the way I'm supposed to be?

Or is it how to make it easier?

Is it just me or do you too think the silence is just unbearable

Unforgettable, fears seem to grip our minds in a way thats debilitating

I'm not overstating I'm debating the subject that humans are not just fine.

Thats what we are tricked to believe in our lives

But what is strength? Standing up tall in a crowded room

you don't belong in? Too many times its confused

that a closed mouth can not speak the truth.

Frankly I'd say their words weigh much more than words

constantly pouring from the mouths who selfishly are unable to bare to see you ignoring them.

Lord, they tell me to be strong.

Is that the way I'm supposed to be?

Or is it how to make it easier?

When we attempt to speak no sound comes out

This tells us who we are and who we will become.

I pray the time will not seem long

I'm not strong, We're not strong.

I'm given the strength through you who strengthens me

I don't deserve it but I will use it faithfully

Serve and preserve your people is what I feel has came to me

Now I'm strong
