Used to hope I’d find love, that's until I found peace

Looked in the mirror and decided exactly who I wanted to be

Never was keen on being like everyone that I saw around

Being myself was how I stuck out from the crowd

I walk over the clouds

No thoughts of me ever falling

No battle was won for me

My sanity was fading

Sometimes I look around and wonder if its really gone for good

My exterior look fine, nobody checked under the hood
