I had a thought the other day,

And it’s not one I like to say.

But I feel the need to always be

surrounded by people wishing they’d leave.

And I know that its contradictory,

but lately I just can’t get on with me.

I think I should follow everyone else,

Because I seem to break down left by myself.

Isolation’s my enemy.

I know it’s not a healthy way to be.

It may look like I’m turning things around,

but I’m really just distracting myself now.

I won’t address the problems I can’t see,

If everyone is stood in front of me.

Theres no point talking I won’t comprehend,

I’ll just pretend that I’m on the mend.

I think I should follow everyone else,

Because I seem to break down left by myself.

I’ll just let tomorrow break me.
