I wanna say its happy new year

Wanna set my resolution

Maybe break a few fears

Might just drop some music

Hope it hit more than few ears

What make it different?

I had these goals for a few years

But January 1st

Make everything change

Im supposed to get work

Drop all the bad traits

Don’t be riding in that hearse

Make that pain fade it away

Cause they say my talents given

Its a shame to go to waste

Man what disgrace

I know success is not a race

But why do i feel like i’m falling behind in a game

Why am i spending all of my time up in my place

I cancel all my plans when it come down to the day

But i scroll on instagram

Oh they make it look easy

Even when they cry

I swear it stay aesthetically pleasing

While overshare

On close friends

Call that releasing

Main story got me smiling

Fake version of healing

So there ain’t no

New year new me

But cheers to the person imma try to be
