I'm All Around

This fire's been a long time coming so don't put it out.

The heat and the clouds

Fill my eyes and nose and it smells so sweet.

The air is getting stifling but I'm feeling fine

You won't hear me whine

I am light and pain is obsolete

Now that I'm beyond space and time, who could pin me down?

I left a lifetime ago.

Where would you start?

I could be anywhere!

You won't find me here,

But I'm all around.

Up in my yellow tree I let the flames lick my feet.

The transformation must be complete:

I have to make way for the other one I am.

From the above room to the love room to the mushroom cloud,

There's nothing out loud.

Even sound knows it must die in the end.

Now that I'm beyond space and time, who could pin me down?
