I’ve been sweeping up pieces of shattered dreams. Is it too late to join the charade? This parade will end in flames. It's the moment of a lifetime. When it’s safe to breathe again this disaster will be all mine. You’re my favorite hello and my hardest goodbye. With the chance of a new day and its first rays of light, anywhere I hang myself is home. Is it something I said? Is it something I did? Was I too high to know when to quit? Will this chance of a lifetime disappear in a bloodline and when it’s safe to breathe again this disaster will be all mine. We suffer in silence , it’s a quiet demise. A glimpse of the future it’s tonight or goodbye. We grieve for emotion, the lost cause of the year. Race to the finish line as the world disappears. It’d be so stupid now to throw it all away. I choose instead to live.
