The God Of The Other Side: The Other Side (feat. Claude Kelly)

Since the dawn of creation Eternal God has longed to bring all of humankind back to the Father’s house, Bet Av. He accomplished this by sending His only son, Jesus Yeshua. And though he was one with God he left to become flesh and dwell among us. And show us the Way, the only way home.

HE’LL GO TO THE OTHER SIDE, THE OTHER SIDE WITH ME

One day Jesus said to his disciples, “get in the boat and meet me on the other side.” This terrified them for they’d been told their entire lives never to go to the other side. It was forbidden for Jews to be unclean or have anything to do with non-believers. Jesus went into the mountains to pray alone and the disciples went out onto the sea of Galilee. Suddenly a raging storm came up and battered the boat and they were afraid for their lives. They saw something moving toward them on the water. At first they thought it was a ghost. But then they heard a voice say, “It is me. Don’t be afraid.”

Peter, the disciple, cried out, “Lord if it really is you then call to me and I’ll come to you.”

HE LOOKED AT ME AND HE ANSWERED, COME WALK ON THE WATER

WITH COURAGE TAKE HEART AND TAKE YOUR SAVIOR’S HAND

DON’T LOOK DOWN MY SON AT WHAT YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND

I’LL LEAD YOU TO THE OTHER SIDE, THE OTHER SIDE WITH ME

I’LL LEAD YOU TO THE OTHER SIDE, THE OTHER SIDE WITH ME

So Peter stepped out of the boat and began to walk to Jesus. But when he took his eyes off of Jesus he began to sink into the waves. Jesus reached down and lifted him up to safety. And he said to Peter:

OH YOU OF LITTLE FAITH

WHY DIDN’T YOU BELIEVE?

I’LL NEVER LET YOU GO

JUST LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT ME

Jesus calmed the storm and the fear in the disciples’ hearts. That is, until they reached the shore on the other side.
