She was a teen that used to go to church with mom and dad

And what's so sad it that her parents used to be so glad

He became a drunk, violent so resistant

She decided to make a prayer list

She kept on callin' him but he wouldn't accepted it

So she sent bad news, on a txt message

His heart was ripped up, it nearly made him spit up

He sprinted out and drove to the hospital in his pick-up

When he showed up his daughter was layin' in a hospital bed

The doctor said a drunk driver hit her she probably wont make it

Lets fast forward, about 3 months later

The father in this story got right our Creator

He went right to the Savior, and asked Him for His favor

His daughter got healed an answer to his prayers

He re-proposed, and got remarried to ex-wife
