Sad Season

Another year has passed

And I'm left all alone

With nothing but my glass

While everybody else

Kisses under mistletoe

Makes a man of snow

Light the fires in their homes

Another year alone

No stocking hung upon my bed

Only thoughts of dread

Will anybody call on me?

I hope somebody somewhere out there cares

But nobody cares

'Tis the season to spread joy

Santa brings the children toys

Carols sung by groups of friends

But all I hear is noise

Why does Christmas feel so lonely?

When will my Christmas be like it's supposed to be?
