My head is a steeple

My heart's a cathedral

The devil, my ego

He kneels in the back row

The echo of masses

The blood in the chalice

The shift in a soul when

The body is broken

Folding my hands together

Squeezing the blood out of a rosary

I'll light another candle

Pray to the ghost if your divinity

The water shows desire

I serve no empire
