Footsteps On The Earth

Oh what a colourful ride between the adult and child

Taught to be brave in a world unkind

Everything forward motion, forget what's behind

The better lessons they are learnt when you get thrown in the wild

Everything is always changing, body and mind

You and me are just survivors on the space we unite on

Where nothing ever comes easy its just apart of the climb

I can see the best of me ahead but I keep hitting the stonewalls, mountains and hills

Push and pull from the downfalls, addictions and thrills
