Whores of past, melded in years

Suffering through sharing and a heaven burning bright

Calm the maw, calm the unease

Soft and shorn, held behind teeth

Jaws affixed together with a prayer and a wire

In paralyzed hours I dream

They're strange and wild, somehow unreal

Hard enough to hold but bound to spill into the sky

Poetize reality in sleep

The hate in the eye of a sundering sea

Thoughts I carry with me as I sink between the lines

Milk in the arms of holier beings

Blinded to harm and the truth of all things

Safer now to experience the world as it flows white
