Sixteen years' time on my hands

I reminisce what I've done with it

Seen my pride dissected

Planted seeds that have now risen

The tree's fruit slip into my lap

Ask me have I found gifts here?

Say the apple's not far fetched

On my hands I feel limits

Fell victim to the lust a couple times

Back when I was nine turning ten

Told mamma I ain't wanna grow yet

She said we all fear death

But I could not live with paranoia

Been avoiding sides of me I'd numbed

All the expectations I fell short of
