Sea Battle

I thought I'd gotten better

But last night I went to war

I swore I'd killed a man

But then he woke up on the floor

He's reaching out to grab me

I don't know what he's here for

So I sunk my teeth into his arm

And I swallowed his hand whole

And I spit it out in chunks

And made a painting on the wall

All the blood and muscle

All your stupid alcohol

Won't wash away the mess in me
