Just laps round the block, keeping it fixed

Your brain's like soil, it needs that air

Blood to pump, signals to repair

Each step is a cleanse, a flush, a charge

You ain't stuck, you just parked too hard

Now I walk for clarity, run for the reset

Move to stay lit, not chase regret

You don't need a six-pack to feel this glow

Just move on the regular, watch your brain flow

It's not about changing your body

It's about showing up for your brain
