Did you too walk at the very bottom

for how long now

Were you too in the silence

Left in the crowd

at the last breath

bottom are you too at the bottomless

Seas withdrew shores deserted and cold

Words are scarce every answer a bit muffled

I didn't ask

didn't tire myself

Put down roots

at the very bottom

Didn't bloom a flower

didn't reach

the destination

Like sand we got lost

In the end at the same line we stood tired

bottom bottomless in the haze

You too in the blind well

Are you too

at the very bottom

Woke up to a false morning

and gently grew resentful?

Bottled it up inside

we put down roots didn't bloom a flower

I fell silent

from slumbers

Found peace

Separated my path

from impassable waters

Crossed over grew calm

We are face to face

In this world

with that stranger speed we waited for

Eye to eye no escape left no lies

Only the us in the mirror remaining behind

Now did you too

Wade?

Are you too grown calm?

Did you wake up to a false morning and gently grow resentful?

I broke away from those fake slumbers at last

Separated my path from those impassable waters at last

The well is deep...

The awakening is cold...

The two of us in silence

The world is pale.

And time has sort of stopped too
