Out of Touch

I think too much I'm out of touch With the words in my mouth But I'd say them all again It may seem fine Ill give it time So I can see The things right in front of me Again and again I find myself Waiting on the dreams of someone else Giving them the words to write their books But never take a second to see if I could And when I find Peace of mind Then ill know Which way to go Or so I was told In fewer words When I was sold That fickle lie Will it feel the same if I wrote it down Will the ink on the paper make it drown Will it rise to the surface like a feeling unearthing Man I need to leave this town
